Generations of Flavours: Nourish to Flourish
To mark our hospital’s 180 years of care, we embarked on a culinary journey that brings the comforting taste of home to our patients. We want to show how food can be more than just nutrition—it’s an essential part of care and enables recovery. Our first-ever cooking competition, Generations of Flavours: Nourish to Flourish, invited our staff to recreate their family recipes for our patients’ meals.
Over 30 recipes were submitted, with 5 finalists crafting nutritious, heart-warming meals under the guidance of our chefs and dietitians.
