Rehab Moments Scheduler Programme

This project aims to: 1. engage patients to co-develop an individualized schedule based on their pre-morbid daily routine and rehab needs, 2. synchronize various therapeutic and rehabilitation programmes to provide an overview of patient level engagement during their stay, 3. empower patients to take ownership of their daily routine and to have an active role in their recovery journey, thus encouraging more out of bed activity and maximizing rehab moments and rehab intensity.
'Activeness, Activity and Advancements' Monitoring

This project aims to leverage on machine learning and video analytics of patients’ exercise, the projects digitalizes rehab provision, objectively measures rehabilitation intensity and enables better prediction of rehabilitation trajectory.
Gamification Enhanced Motivation Series (GEMS)

This project aims to integrate gamification into the rehabilitation journey from inpatient to outpatient, to enhance meaningful use of time and to provide impetus and opportunities to foster patient activation.
Man & Machine Interactions Programme (Rehab Training/Assistive Aids)

This project explores the use of robotics and assistive technologies to aid rehab and/or function, fostering patient activation and empowerment, thus improve rehab and patient-reported outcome measures.
Rehab Coaching and Learning Programme

This project aims to develop a structured and robust 'Care Coaching Framework' that will guide and support the activities and processes of health coaching for patients undergoing intensive rehabilitation.
SLS CHARTER

This project aims to address evolving rehabilitation needs among stroke patients in the community through timely evaluation, intervention & support.
Community Telerehabilitation Programme

This project aims to engage, empower, and activate Telerehabilitation in the Community.
