​​Individuals with upper limb injuries often face challenges performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) – tasks like eating, dressing, bathing and household chores - due to pain, swelling and limited range of motion. The goal of rehabilitation is to optimise upper limb function, helping clients regain function and independence in their ADLs.
