Download PDF, 1.06MB, PDF

Amputee Support Group (ASG) was founded in 2010 and is a collaboration between Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital, Care and Counselling Department and Tan Tock Seng Hospital Rehabilitation Centre. Persons with amputation come from different walks of life with different stories leading to the amputation of their limb(s).

The ASG aims to help persons with amputation maintain a social support network by addressing their psychosocial needs and reduce social isolation. Many are socially isolated due to their disability.
