Biodata

Dr Sreedharan graduated with MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 2003. After obtaining his MRCS (Edinburgh) and Masters of Medicine (Orthopaedic Surgery), he completed his training in hand surgery in 2013. Since then, he has been practising in Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

In addition to hand and reconstructive microsurgery in general, Dr Sreedharan has special interests in fractures of the hand and wrist.

Dr Sreedharan spent a year in the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, United Kingdom, where he underwent further training in peripheral nerve surgical conditions, such as brachial plexus injuries, other peripheral nerve injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome and nerve tumours.

​Currently, in addition to being the head of the Department of Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery in TTSH, Dr Sreedharan is the chairperson of the national residency advisory committee for hand surgery and the president of the Singapore Society for Hand Surgery. Dr Sreedharan is also involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.
