Tan Tock Seng Hospital's Integrated Care Hub (TTSH-ICH) is the rehabilitative pillar of HealthCity Novena, focusing on bridging patients from hospital to home. It offers patients a seamless continuum of post-acute care to prepare them for reintegration back into the community.
The purpose-built facility will feature more than 600 beds and a full range of rehabilitation care facilities to optimise patients' recovery and independence to prepare them for life back at home. TTSH-ICH will be connected to Ren Ci Community Hospital and TTSH by a sky bridge, allowing patients to progress through their care recovery seamlessly. TTSH-ICH will also be the new home of Dover Park Hospice.
TTSH Rehabilitation Centre, an anchor to TTSH-ICH, started its journey in 1973 at the former Mandalay Road Hospital, caring for patients recovering from stroke, neurological disorders and other orthopaedic conditions. Initially relocated to Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital, it will make its way back to Novena soon.
