To commemorate this important event and spread awareness, we are hosting a national eye event on 16 March 2024, featuring a series of webinars in both English and Mandarin. Glaucoma is an irreversible eye condition that may lead to permanent vision loss. As it is largely symptom-free in its early stages, many patients do not realise they have this condition until it is too late. Up to 50 percent of glaucoma cases go undiagnosed.
In conjunction with World Glaucoma Week 2023, SNEC is partnering with National University Hospital (NUH) and National Healthcare Group (NHG) Eye Institute in an upcoming webinar about glaucoma. Our speakers will discuss the condition and current developments in treatment.
